We have survived the snowiest winter in recorded history here in our little corner of Michigan. Today we took a boat ride on our little Lake Georgiana. The critters were really enjoying the warmer weather – painted turtles, muskrats, sand hill cranes, mallard ducks, Canadian geese, robins, red-winged blackbirds and even some bluegills in the shallows. If you look close, there is just starting to be a touch of green.

The California girl even went for a ride.
The muskrats like Lake Georgiana also.
